Xiaomi is well-known around the world for its budget smartphones, but the Chinese giant has spread its reach into the entertainment segment with televisions and sound bars, and in the IoT segment with smart light bulbs, routers and security cameras, among others. Xiaomi's isn't limited to just these products though, as it runs a crowdsourcing platform in China that brings out some pretty interesting and practical gadgets and accessories. Well, we recently visited Xiaomi's flagship Mi Store in Shenzhen, China, and we found some really cool gadgets. So here are 10 cool Xiaomi gadgets you probably didn't know about:

Apart from increasing its budget smartphone market share, well, it seems that Xiaomi cares about water saving and auto sensing IR induction water saving device is surely the best example of the same. This device you see below connects to your faucet with connectors included in the package to convert your standard faucet into an automatic sensor, similar to those you may have seen in airports or malls.

Once you have installed the device, you just need to put your hand under the faucet to see the water start to flow. But it will only release enough water to wash your hands and then stop. When you wave your hand over the sensor on the side, there is a continuous supply of water for 3 minutes, so water is not wasted if you forget to turn off the tap. Pretty awesome, right?
