One of the franchises that started the superhero movie trend was X-Men with the first movie released in 2000. After that there was a series of X-Men movies. The films brought to life characters from the X-Men comics, created by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee, which were first published in September 1963. Although not all of the X-Men from the comic books were brought to live action, many left a lasting impression on us all . So today I'm ranking the 10 most powerful X-Men characters we've seen in live-action. So without further ado, let's dive right into it!

Bobby Drake, also known as Iceman, is one of those mutants whose powers are pretty self-explanatory. He has the power to control ice and snow at will. He can make ice structures appear out of thin air.

He has used his powers in live-action films to temporarily immobilize enemies by trapping them in an ice shell, to create shields of ice as a means of defense, and also to create multiple clones of himself using ice, making him into a valuable defensive measure for the X-Men in battle.

However, his powers can be easily overpowered by high temperatures, making him somewhat (well, a tad) ineffective in battle.
