One of the most anticipated characters to appear in Deadpool 3 was Lady Deadpool. There was a lot of speculation about who would play the character in the film but with the release of Deadpool 3 in Japan, it was revealed by the Deadpool and Wolverine cast list that Blake Lively is the one playing this Deadpool variant in Deadpool 3.

The first Deadpool variant announced with the Deadpool 3 trailer was Dogpool. This variant of Deadpool comes from an alternate timeline where a dog named Wade was used as a lab rat by a company called Mascara X to test their regenerative Mascara. However, these experiments gave Dogpool the power to regenerate, making him Dogpool. The version of Dogpool we see in the movie is very different from the one shown in the comic books.

Not much is known about who was the inspiration behind Nicepool but in the movie Nicepool appears to be a version of Deadpool that doesn't have a regenerative factor. Nicepool is an overly nice mercenary who owns Dogpool and uses gold-plated Desert Eagle pistols taken by Deadpool after he gets Nicepool killed.
