Genshin Impact developers are notorious for not listening to community feedback and ignoring features the community wants. Or at least it has been for the past few years. Recently, the Genshin developers have introduced some really good QoL features, which players have been asking for for a while. The updated artifact sorting feature and the upcoming training guide, which shows Ascension Materials for characters, are great additions to the game.

Honkai Star Rail's continued success, Chinese players boycotting Genshin Impact, and the rise of Wuthering Waves are likely putting pressure on the developers to finally implement the much-needed changes. So this is the right time to ask for the much needed features that Genshin Impact lacks. Here are 5 more things that Genshin Impact players, myself included, want the developers to add to the game.

The oldest request from the community is that Genshin Impact should add more endgame content. Currently, Genshin Impact only has Spiral Abyss as endgame content and it's very easy to complete once you reach the endgame. Genshin Devs have had a strange attitude towards endgame content for years, saying in many interviews that they don't want to add hard content that might cause concern for players. This argument may sound beautiful and very thoughtful, but its basis is completely ridiculous. Players need something to work towards, and clearing the endgame is a driving motivation in most games for players to continue improving their characters. Especially for an Action fighting game, you need to have difficult endgame challenges that give great satisfaction to players when they can finally conquer them. It's something the community has been asking for for years, and we deserve it at this point.
