How to use the Mindfulness app and reflect in watchOS 9 on Apple Watch

If you want to get the most out of Reflect, be sure to adjust the length before kick-starting a session. While one minute of reflection is good, a 5-minute session may be more useful. Especially when you want to get rid of the compound stress.

2. Now tap on the three dots icon at the top right of the screen.

3. Then change the session length according to your needs. Just click on Duration and then select the desired session length. Once you have selected the desired duration, press the back button.
