To mark the World Environment Day, Acer has launched its sustainable Apire Vero portable laptop in India. The laptop is made from recycled materials and brings Intel's 13th generation processors as one of its main highlights. Check out the full specs and availability information here.

The Aspire Vero laptop is made from PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) material. The chassis and bezels are 30% PCR plastic, along with 50% PCR keypads, and an OceanGlass touchpad with an integrated fingerprint reader. There is also a backlit keyboard. It has a 14-inch Full-HD IPS screen with an aspect ratio of 16:10. The panel can reproduce true colors thanks to Acer's TNR (Technicolor Color) certification.

The Aspire Vero is built on Intel's evo platform and can house up to Intel's 13th generation Core i5 processor. It can be combined with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of solid state storage. The 48Wh battery can deliver up to 12 hours of playback time. Acer's proprietary battery management app VeroSense further improves energy efficiency with Performance, Balanced, Eco and Eco+ operating modes.

In terms of connectivity, the laptop comes with Wi-Fi 6, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI port, USB 3.0 port and more. The laptop also features a 1440p QHD webcam, along with Acer's TNR (Temporal Noise Reduction) solution for high image quality in low light.
