Alice in Borderland Season 2 ended on a cliffhanger, which is why all fans have been waiting for a potential third season ever since. Fortunately, after nine months of waiting, the creators decided to break the expected news. In September 2023, Minyoung Kim, Netflix's VP of Asia-Pacific content, revealed that the acclaimed Japanese TV series has been renewed for Season 3.

The announcement did not reveal anything about a release window/date or reveal whether the third season of Alice in Borderland has entered the early stages of production. But if the makers follow the release pattern of the previous seasons, there is a higher chance that we can get Alice in Borderland Season 3 in December 2024 or in the first quarter of 2025.
