5.0 out of 5 starsExtremely comfortable lenses at a reasonable price. So, I have been using contact lenses for quiet a while now, 7 years. And 3 years back I started using the Bausch & Lomb Soflens 59. The quality of the lenses is also extraordinary.

The Bausch + Lomb SofLens 38 contact lens is indicated for the correction of nearsightedness (myopia) and farsightedness (hyperopia). Your eye care professional may recommend SofLens 38 as daily wear or extended wear from 1 to 7 days between removals (for cleaning and disinfection or disposal of the lens).

SofLens is much thicker than PureVision and its water content is 66% compared to 36% for the PureVision….PureVision Toric and SofLens for Astigmatism – Spec Sheets.

Some Toric lenses for Astigmatism have a small mark on the lens to help identify the bottom portion easily. Hold the eyelids wide open and look straight ahead as you place the lens over your eyes. Placing the lens correctly is critical; blink your eyes a few times to set the lens correctly in position.

NOTE – SofLens 66 has been discontinued. These lenses are tinted for ease of handling and will not change the color of your eye.

*SofLens Toric for Astigmatism contact lenses are indicated for daily wear or extended wear of up to seven days. As with any contact lens, problems can result in serious injury to the eye, including loss of vision, and clinical studies have shown that the risk of serious adverse reactions is increased when lenses are worn overnight.
