Assassin's Creed Shadows: 8 things you need to know
Standard Edition is the base game without extra content. If you pre-order this version, you will receive the bonus mission "Thrown to the Dogs". This will be locked for players who purchase the game later. In my opinion, players who want the game and nothing else should get this version and be done with it.
The Gold Edition carries over all previous benefits but allows you to play the game 3 days earlier (ie November 12th). You'll also get the Shadows Season Pass, which will include another bonus mission later in the game. If you're really dying to get your hands on Shadows earlier, get it here.
Assassin's Creed Shadows Ultimate Edition is the Gold Edition plus the Ultimate Pack. This pack will contain in-game items to customize your characters.
