You will require quests from Minerva to accomplish this. Finding the Mercy Maiden Keys is one of the quests you can complete. We'll show you where to look for them.
You will find Shelter early in the game. It will serve as Hilda's base of operations. She can upgrade her equipment here, buy things and complete tasks and missions to get rewards. Also at the war table is Minerva. There are no quest badges in Asterigos: Curse of the Stars; thus you are free to carry out all the missions offered.
