Vivobook 14 Touch has a compact design with a thickness of 19.9 mm and a weight of 1.4 kg. It has MIL-STD 810H military grade durability certification.
The laptop has a 14-inch Full HD IPS display with touch support and 250 nits of brightness. It also has a wide viewing angle of 178°, an aspect ratio of 16:9 and a screen-to-body ratio of 82%. It is powered by up to the 12th generation Intel Core i5-1240P processor, paired with up to Intel Xe Graphics.
Vivobook 14 Touch is equipped with up to 16 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 512 GB PCIe Gen 3 SSD storage. There is a 42Wh battery with 65W fast charging support. Port-wise, there's one x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB 2.0 Type-A port, HDMI 1.4 support and a 3.5mm audio jack.
