Understand that this is not the norm, and giving new users additional free likes, if done at all, would be a marketing ploy Bumble uses to try to get you addicted to the swiping process.
If you feel that 25 likes per day is simply not enough, then you have the option to upgrade your subscription to be able to give out more likes to profiles.
Once you've used all the free likes you get for the day, Bumble will show you a pop-up message telling you that you won't be able to give out any more likes and that you'll have to wait 24 hours if you don't upgrade your plan.
