Changing your last name in Black Desert is a fairly simple process. However, the only current way to do that is a paid method. To do so, you must purchase a name change voucher from the Pearl Shop. Unfortunately, there is no free method at this time.
To get a name change coupon, you need to open the in-game gem shop and go to the Etc section. Here you will see a surname change coupon listed for 1200 gems. Once you purchase it, you can find it in your Pearl inventory.
