While most of the chapter is pretty straightforward, some players have no idea where to go next after killing the tentacle monster. With this guide you will be able to find the exit and finish the chapter.
To get out of the blast pit and complete the chapter, you must first kill the tentacle monster in the center of the pit. This is pretty straightforward to do as long as you follow the game's instructions. But what is less clear is what to do after you have already done this.
You'll want to head to the pit where the tentacles were and climb down using the ladders. Eventually you will come to the hole in the middle with a very long ladder going down. Take this step and go down. When you reach the lower end, you have to drop into the pool of water. It may be difficult to see that there is water due to the darkness in the area. But just drop down to the middle and you won't take any damage.
