The Bloodfiend's Arm is one of the best DLC weapons added to the Elden Ring in the Shadow of the Erdtree. It is capable of absolutely destroying certain bosses, including the notoriously difficult final boss of the expansion.

Bloodfiend's Arm is classified as a colossal weapon, and you can get one from any Bloodfiend. You can find these guys in a few different places in the Gravesite Plain and the Ancient Ruins in the Ruah regions, but the easiest place to farm them is Prospect Town, early in the game.
