Brave Browser Tor – How to use Tor with Brave (2023)

Brave has released an updated version of its browser, Brave 0.23, which brings Tor integration to the browser and uses "onion routing" technology to protect user privacy.

'Private Tabs with Tor', as the new feature is called, is in beta and is claimed to protect users' privacy not only on their device but also across the internet network they surf on, leaving a minimal digital footprint of their online activity.

While the standard private tabs in Brave do not save a record of online activity such as browsing history or cookies, "Private Tabs with Tor" further improves the privacy quotient by preventing ISPs from tracking the websites the user visits.
