In the modern era of entertainment, the relationship between fans and actors has evolved quite dramatically. However, it has not always been for the better. In fact, this shift in dynamics was extremely evident in the treatment of Breaking Bad star, Anna Gunn who played Skyler White and Game of Thrones Lena Headey's character, Cersei Lannister. Although both women had major roles in their respective shows, their characters were not always well received by fans.

While both Headey and Gunn received their fair share of online hate, it seemed to go down a little easier for the 56-year-old. After all, unlike her counterpart, the actress didn't have to deal with people chasing her on the streets.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Breaking Bad star Anna Gunn took a trip down memory lane to discuss her time on the award-winning show. Although she looked back on much of it fondly, the actress couldn't help but remember the hatred she had received during her time as Walter White's wife. Luckily for the star, the mean comments didn't seep into her real life as she stayed away from social media for the longest time.
