Xbox Game Pass is a service that tries to attract gamers worldwide with its attractive pricing. But to be honest, the Game Pass catalog may be huge, but it's not enough to spend $9.99/month. However, that may change when Black Ops 6 comes to Xbox Game Pass. When this AAA series comes to Game Pass, the tide may just shift in the favor MS has been dreaming of.

Call of Duty Black OPS 6 will be FREE on Xbox Game Pass!

Before we discuss what will happen, let's understand why. Xbox Game Pass was originally released on June 1, 2017. Since then, Xbox has undergone many leadership changes and adopted the Microsoft Gaming tagline. But even after all this time, the subscription only has 34 million subscribers.

According to reports, this is a 36% increase from their previous figure of 25 million. Still, things aren't going well with Microsoft's ambitions. We already know that Microsoft Gaming head Phil Spencer talked about the growth of Xbox Game Pass on PC being on the positive side but that the console is on a slow journey. Microsoft is already aiming to reach 100 million Xbox Game Pass subscribers by 2030.

Game Pass subscriber growth also stalled after the Activision acquisition, but the arrival of Call of Duty Black Ops 6 could reignite that growth. With the acquisition, Microsoft promised all Activision games on Xbox Game Pass.
