Starfield has subtle mechanics that make players' lives much better.

Starfield – 22 Things It Doesn't Tell You

Starfield's run thus far has been interesting to observe, especially considering how it has failed to make a lasting impact on the gaming community despite being one of the most heavily worked Bethesda titles ever. One of the reasons for the above may also be that the game fails to deliver an impactful experience to players, which includes, but is not limited to, useful features that have gone unnoticed by players. This includes a small tip that would have made traveling between different planets much easier for players.

Starfield is the intergalactic space exploration game and allows its players to travel between many different planets scattered across space. However, players have time and again expressed how the interface for selecting the stars to travel can be a bit too complicated for their liking.

Fortunately, it turns out that there was an in-game feature to do all this while helping to make the lives of these players easier. As pointed out by a user on the game's Reddit forum, holding down the ALT key on your keyboard (RB on a controller) will actually show all the star names on the map, a sneaky mechanic that all players will be grateful for.
