We just found out some web news at D23, when Marvel announced their upcoming Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man animated series. Originally intended to take place in the MCU, the show was later announced to be a sort of multiverse show, as What If…? But hold on! That's not the most interesting thing about it. The real surprise came when they announced that Colman Domingo would be voting for Norman Osborn.
Created by Jeff Trammell, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will take the web slinger back to high school and put a twist on the plot. Exploring what it would be like if Norman Osborn was Peter Parker's mentor, instead of Iron Man, the upcoming show will deliver some epic stuff. More than anything, with Colman Domingo playing Osborn aka the Green Goblin, the show will have more eyes on it.
