PlayStation State of Play is an event that all gamers anticipate for something new and exciting to come. But today we got to see something else. Amidst all the gameplay reveals and trailers, Dave the Diver, a 10/10 rated game on Steam, has finally been announced for PlayStation.

Dave the Diver, a casual single-player adventure RPG, was originally released on Windows and macOS and received much praise from the gaming community. Later, the game made its way to Nintendo consoles, and since then, PlayStation gamers have been waiting for a PlayStation release. Finally, the wait is over as PlayStation showcased the game at the State of Play event.

In the reveal, we've got the release window for the Dave the Diver PlayStation version to be April 2024. It will feature all the deep diving and challenges in the game while also giving you a lot of fun side quests. Dave the Diver will be available for both PS5 and PS4.

While we were happy with the ending of the trailer, we got another surprise from developers MINTROCKET and Nexon. From the depths that Dave dives into, we see the King of the Monsters emerge. As confirmed by the PlayStation blog post, the Dave the Diver Godzilla DLC will be a free downloadable content pack and will arrive in May 2024.
