FRIENDS managed to give actors like Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox superstar status alongside the other members of the iconic cast. Cox's Monica Geller became a huge fan favorite and provided viewers with many entertaining moments through, among other things, her character's trademark OCD.
Monica's arc also saw her have quite a few serious relationships before her love story with Chandler blossomed. One of her love interests was Jon Favreau's Pete Becker. However, some fans of the show didn't really agree with how their story unfolded and eventually culminated. They felt that the characters' breakup and the reasons behind it were not convincing at all.
