Fans are furious on the internet that showrunner Taylor Sheridan isn't giving enough attention to a character in Yellowstone. We've seen Dutton's household chef Gator in a few episodes from seasons 1 through 5. The character is played by real-life chef Gabriel "Gator" Guilbeau, who served as director of craft services on Sheridan's set for the past several years.

Fans on Reddit discussed the character's mistreatment of the family, as they never seemed to take more than a few bites from all the delicious food he made. They also had no idea where the character lived, even though he was there from dawn to dusk for the family.

Gator first appeared in the fourth episode of Yellowstone Season 1, titled The Long Black Train. He reprized the role for an additional 12 episodes over the five seasons. However, fans know nothing about the chef other than that he cooks delicious food for the Duttons that no one cares to sit and fully enjoy.
