At this point, the inclusion of GT characters in Sparking Zero will almost come as a surprise.

Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero – Official Android Saga Character Trailer
Characters from GT in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero is almost becoming a fan dream. However, we must not completely eliminate the possibility of the characters being included in the base game. All Budokai Tenkaichi games had them, and this is unlikely to be an exception.
Recently, Bandai Namco changed the theme of the trailers from character reveals to story arcs. Currently we have the Saiyan, Namek and Android arcs at our disposal. Perhaps GT will be revealed in the final trailer for the Spike Chunsoft game.
Despite being an anime-exclusive series, GT became one of the underrated gems that have been introduced into the Dragon Ball universe. It's sad that we have yet to see the characters from the series in the upcoming Budokai Tenkaichi video game.
