Released on April 26th, the only information you can get about Dune: Spice Wars is from their Early Access. The data may or may not change when the game is released.

Currently, there are four factions in total: House Harkonnen, House Atreides, the Smugglers, and the Fremens. You can choose one of the four factions to lead and dominate the planet of Arrakis.
