Every gamer under the sun knows the Embracer Group. You know, the people responsible for the mass layoffs and splits of several studios in 2023 and the better half of 2024. And while I'd generally write about how they've fired yet another studio, this time is different.

Embracer Group SPLIT Into three new companies?!

Through an official press release, Embracer Group announces that it is making three divided groups of market-leading gaming and entertainment companies. They are called Asmodee Group, "Coffee Stain & Friends" and "Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends." The three groups will further house different studios under the Embracer group.
