Microsoft finally did what many thought they would: raise the price of Xbox Game Pass. The company confirmed this increase, and fans were not happy, especially since this increase came right before the launch of the new Call of Duty, which will be available on day one of the service.

However, it appears that this increase was not solely due to the title launching in October. According to rumors, Microsoft plans to add another major game from the franchise to the service soon. According to several reliable sources, Modern Warfare 3 will also be included in the service's extensive catalog.

Despite being one of the most revolutionary services in gaming, its many price increases have caused many players to abandon it. Xbox Game Pass has periodically raised its price, which fans don't like.
