FIFA 23: Simple Skill Moves Tutorial
Heel Fake is one of FIFA 23's new Skill Moves. This allows us to quickly change the direction of the ball.
To perform the Heel Fake, you must first get into a standing position – this means you cannot move if you want to perform this skill move. To do so, hold down L2 (Playstation) | LT (Xbox) and drag the right stick to the left, then to the right or vice versa. Remember that the second flick of the right stick is the direction the ball will go, and it may be opposite to the direction your controlled character was moving.
You'll want to use it against charging opponents who press you a little too early to clear a path forward or for a pass.
