Dune: Prophecy is set 10,000 years before the birth of Paul Atreides (Timothee Chalamet) and will revolve around the story of the Bene Gesserit. In the Dune universe, the Bene Gesserit or Sisterhood are a group of women who possess mystical powers and consider themselves responsible for maintaining order in society. A group of Bene Gesserit was assigned to each house to help them avoid false paths.
The TV series will star Emily Watson, Sarah Lam, Camilla Beeput and Travis Flimmel. Recently, famous Bollywood actress Tabu was also confirmed as Sister Francesca in Dune: Prophecy.
