The first thing you need to do for this quest is to get to Doomstadt. Doomstadt is located to the north of the new map, and to help you find Doomstadt, its exact location is marked on the map above.
You can complete this mission by spraying your graffiti on any wall inside the area. The spray that you need to use will need to be the "Hopeful Llama" spray. Using any spray other than this one will not complete the mission, so make sure you have the spray equipped.
