You can get the Day 2 Echoing Conch inside Kazuha's Domain in Genshin Impact.

The Conch collectible from last year's Summertime Event returns in version 2.8. The concept remains the same even when the Conch locations vary: collecting enough Conches on the Golden Apple Archipelago event map will earn you a free character costume.
Conches in Genshin Impact look very similar to conches in real life. However, they emit a very small glimmer. It turns blue for Echoing Conches and purple/orange for Imaging Conches.
Most importantly, a white Conch icon will appear on the minimap as soon as you get close enough. On Day 2, you can only collect one Echoing Conch.
