Citlali was among the Natlan characters revealed during the second Natlan teaser from Genshin Impact, and she has already gained a small fanbase in the community. During the Ignition teaser, Kinich is shown sending the tournament invitation ball to Citlali, which makes her quite upset and angry as she throws the ball away and asks to be left alone.
From the trailer, we can guess that Citlali is easily surprised and in a bad mood. She also shares the same English voice actor as the March 7th from Honkai Star Rail, leading players to believe that she is the March 7th EXPY in Genshin Impact.
According to Natlan leaks, Citlali is expected to feature in the Genshin Impact 5.3 banner. She is currently the only revealed Natlan character leaked to version 5.3. If the release cycle continues the normal 6-week cycle, you can expect Citlali to be released sometime in January 2025.
