There are tons of secret items and locations that you can find during your adventures in Genshin Impact. This is especially true with the recent Sumeru region which has a huge desert area. One of the sights of this region is the underground hospital of Dar al-Shifa.
In this area you can find an old key that you will use on an old cabinet. Let's find out where to find them in this guide.
Both items are part of the Archon quest "Cry from the Eleazar Hospital". This will involve a series of sub-quests that you must complete in order to progress. Eventually, you'll come across a subquest that prompts you to "go to the lower level of the hospital".
