Genshin Impact will release the Natlan region soon in version 5.0, making it one of the biggest updates in the game's history. From the latest Natlan teasers, Genshin Impact has revealed the first look at the Natlan characters, including Mavuika who is most likely the Pyro Archon. Among the Natlan characters, the teaser also reveals the Captain (Il Capitano) who is considered the strongest Fatui Harbinger. Il Capitano, or The Captain, is one of the Fatui Harbingers and is considered the strongest of them all, in first place. Capitano is said to be an extremely righteous person, even mocked by the Wanderer. He is also mentioned by Childe and Wanderer as one of the strongest Fatui Harbingers.
The captain will appear in Natlan and likely have an important role in the story. A leak via White on Reddit suggests that Capitano is not a native Teyvat and is from another planet. If this is true, Capitano becomes much more important to the grand story, especially his connection to the Traveler, who is also not a native of Teyvat.
So far, Genshin Impact has made most of the Fatui Harbingers encountered in the game playable. This includes Childe, Wanderer and Arlecchino. Likewise, Il Capitano is also expected to be playable in Genshin Impact. He is rumored to be the strongest Fatui Harbinger, so it is unlikely that he will be playable anytime soon as the game has barely entered its end story.
