Hello Kitty Island Adventure, an adorable life sim featuring a cast of Sanrio characters, has been freed from Apple Arcade prison. Developer Sunblink and Sanrio announced that the game will be released on Nintendo Switch and Windows PC in 2025. After that, it will also come to PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, according to a release. The developer shared the news via a trailer as part of the Nintendo Direct on Tuesday.
Hello Kitty Island Adventure has everything you need for an adorable life sim and then some. You can design an adorable character, collect materials, craft, fish, and explore alongside a fairly large cast of Sanrio characters. Originally released on iOS via Apple Arcade in the summer of 2023, the game continues to be updated by the development team. The developers released a mermaid-inspired update as recently as May and the floral Merry Meadow to celebrate spring.
