Demon Slayer has been Ufotable's most popular creation. The anime's animation quality never disappoints, and that may be one of the many reasons why the fandom always seems excited to see what the subsequent seasons have to offer. Well, Demon Slayer Season 4 recently premiered globally, and I'm sad to say that the new installment of the franchise might disappoint some fans. Here's why.

The Problem With Season 4 | Hashira training bow

Before his family was killed by a demon, Tanjiro was the naive son of a coal salesman who had no idea what fate had planned for him. However, the Tanjiro we were introduced to at the beginning of the dark fantasy series and the boy we now know are completely different.

In the first season, we saw him prove his potential by fighting several demons. Also, in the Mugen Train Arc, when the boy dared to help Flame Hashira in his fight with Upper Moon 3, we realize that this boy is special. He later showed his full potential by protecting Sound Hashira from almost being killed by the upper siblings Daki and Gyutaro in Season 2 (Entertainment District Arc). See the full list of Demon Slayer arcs in order here.

While the cases above showed that the mighty Hashiras had his back, the third season showed him taking the lead and saving the swordsmith village from being destroyed by the upper class deadly demons.
