Making fun of Stephen Hawking on the show was not okay with this "The Big Bang Theory" actor!

The Big Bang Theory has been wreaking havoc with viewers ever since it began airing in 2007, with all the guest celebrity appearances adding more stars to the already star-studded show. One of these very surprising arrivals came from none other than the immensely legendary English theoretical physicist, cosmologist and author: the late Stephen Hawking.

That said, the episode he appeared in also featured actor Simon Helberg, who played Howard Wolowitz on the fan favorite series, doing an impression of the late legend. But the tough part here was the fact that the actor actually had to perform that very act in front of Hawking on set – something Helberg was anything but okay with.

When the series was still in the works, it got the chance to bring the great visionary Stephen Hawking on board for a guest appearance. And while having him in a scene on the show was one thing, what's more, he actually wanted to stick around and "watch a walkthrough, a rehearsal" of the episode, as Helberg explained.
