HMRC has contracted Deloitte and IBM to deliver its 'single trade window' (STW) plans to replace a patchwork of systems that manage and record cross-border trade.
In a report published today, the National Audit Office said the program's goals and timescales are "overly optimistic and continue to underestimate the complexity of what is required."
