The 5-star character Dr. Ratio will be gifted to all players who have completed the Trailblaze mission 'The Blue — A Moment of Peace' and unlocked the Mailbox feature, when version 1.6 'Panta Rhei event warp' reaches the upcoming Honkai Star Rail 1.6 banners.
The Blue — A Moment of Peach is the third part of the first Trailblaze mission — Today Is Yesterday's Tomorrow. This is part of the first tutorial missions that explain the game mechanics to the starting players. Completing this mission will also unlock the Mailbox feature in the game.
