Yunli is the 5-star character added in the Honkai Star Rail 2.4 version, and her kit is completely counter-attack focused. Yunli is a 5-star Destruction character with the Physical Damage type and she works as both a Tank and DPS. Her kit is focused on Counter Attacks, which are also considered follow-up attacks, and she is very similar to Clara.
When it comes to her Lore and Backstory, she is a Sword Hunter from Xianzhou Zhuming and darling granddaughter of General Huaiyan – The Flaming Heart. She has practiced Huaiyan swordsmanship and blacksmithing since a young age, becoming the second youngest prodigy swordsman in the Flamewheel Octet. She has an intense hatred for Cursed Swords and has vowed to hunt down and wipe out all Cursed Swords in existence. Yunli is described as sincere and forthright.
Yunli will be released on July 31, 2024 in the Honkai Star Rail 2.4 version. In her first banner, Yunli has alongside 4-star characters Hanya, Yukong and Lynx. Huohuo's replay banner is also present along with Yunli's first banner.
