Huawei's sub-brand Honor announced the new Honor 7x smartphone earlier this month at an event in London. A couple of days later, the device was officially launched in the country for Rs. 12,999. After that, there were reports about the launch of Honor's new smartphone V10 in India, and now the company has officially announced that the device is available for pre-order starting today.

Interested customers can head over to Amazon India and register to buy the Honor V10 smartphone, which will be available in Navy Blue and Midnight Black color options. There is no word on the pricing of the smartphone yet, but in Europe the price is €499 (Rs 38,000 approx).

If Honor V10 is priced within Rs. 40,000 price range, it is expected to give a tough competition to the likes of OnePlus 5T, Nokia 8, Mi Mix 2, etc. In our initial impressions, we found the device quite promising with great looks and good performance.

Apart from India, the smartphone will also be available in countries like Russia, Spain, Italy, UK, Germany, USA and France. The device also comes with some interesting features like a new face unlock with payment level authentication support and AI features like Smart Tips and AI accelerated translator with which a user can just point the camera at text written in another language and the camera will be able to translate the same.
