Hornsent is an NPC you'll meet at the Three-Path Cross Site of Grace early in the Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
He has a couple of maps to give you, but his questline gets a lot more complicated once you reach the Shadow Keep.
Hornsent is also not to be confused with Hornsent Grandam, who is another NPC you'll find locked away in Belurat.
