The scheming and intrigue never stopped in episode 3 of House of the Dragon. Team Green and Team Black understand that war is ahead, but Queen Rhaenrya made one last push for peace by meeting with Queen Alicent. As a result of things not going as planned, the war has begun, and episode 4 has many casualties, including two main characters.
A raven heads to Harrenhal to inform Prince Daemon that King Aegon is taking over territories to improve his position in the war. Princess Rhaenys informs her husband, Lord Coryls, that she has been called back to King's Landing due to Queen Rhaenrya's absence.
Grandmaster Orwyle arrives at Queen Alicent's room with some Moon Tea (Moon tea is a medicinal herbal tea used in Westeros and beyond to prevent and terminate pregnancies.) She tells the Grandmaster that she will pass it on to the girl. But as he leaves, we see Queen Alicent grab her stomach and drink the tea herself.
