The war is officially here in the House of the Dragon, and the first few episodes of Season 2 have indeed seen both sides suffer losses – a son to a son, with a world far more tragic and treacherous than almost any of them were prepared for at this point.
Still, this Dance of Dragons is just heating up. And the noble houses of Westeros are already starting to choose sides in the rivalry for the Iron Throne between Rhaenyra (Emma D'Arcy) and Aegon Targaryen (Tom Glynn-Carney). The shifting political alliances and ever-growing cast of characters can be hard to keep up with, especially since so many weren't on Game of Thrones.
