House Of The Dragon Season 2 Episode 8 Finale FULL Breakdown and Game Of Thrones Easter Eggs

House of the Dragon is one of the most popular shows at the moment and is getting more popular with every new episode. Most fans love the story and performances and praise the cast and crew for a job well done after each episode. The fourth episode was The Red Dragon and The Gold, which currently has a 9.6 IMDb rating – the highest for the show to date.

But the show isn't just getting good reviews, as there have also been some complaints along the way. Especially considering the inconsistencies with the book, as they've skipped quite a few important bits in the show, as well as incorporated some plot points that aren't part of the book.

In Season 2 Episode 3, the scene where Rhaenyra goes to Kings Landing to meet Alicent on September was not from the book. It was just a plot point introduced by the show writers to make Rhaenyra a woman who competes for peace, completely undermining her personality from the books. Even Alicent, who along with her father Otto Hightower were two of the most cunning members of the Green Council, is made a puppet in the show, confused and entangled by what is happening around her.
