HOUSE OF THE DRAGON 2×08 SPLIT! Every detail you missed!

Admiral Lohar, in simple terms, commands the Triarch's 90 fleets: Myrish, Lysene, and Tyroshi. For the unfamiliar, the Triarchy is an alliance of the Free Cities, and for years they have been fighting against the Crown. In fact, in the first season, King Viserys sent Daemon off to fight and defeat the Triarchy, which at the time was led by Crabfeeder.

After Crabfeeder's death, it appears that Lohar took command of the Triarch's fleet. We are introduced to this character when Tyland Lannister reaches Essos to convince the Triarchy to lift the blockade. However, it seems that the triarchy is less affected by the blockade than the crown and the people of the kingdom. That said, given Admiral Lohar's strong personality, it wasn't easy for Tyland to discuss the Crown's terms with these savages. Fortunately, Tyland impresses Lohar after a mud battle, and the admiral agrees to lift the blockade and send the 90 fleets to fight for King's Landing. In return, Lohar also asks for the Stepstones, which Daemon took in the first season of HOTD.

Tyland agrees to the terms, and Lohar is so impressed with the Lannister that they ask him to impregnate their wives. In the final moments of the episode, we see that Lohar stays true to his word and sends the fleets in support of the Greens.
