In Digimon Data Squad, it is called Ultimate Evolution; with enough D.N.A., a Digimon can evolve straight from Rookie to Mega, much like Warp Digivolution from the first two seasons. However, during evolution, the Digimon simply uses the term shinka without any prefix.

In-Training digimon generally evolve up to a Rookie usually within a couple of in-game hours. Rookie’s evolve generally after about three in-game days, Champion after seven days, and Ultimate usually around 12 days.

The first generation it takes about a day to go from In-training to Rookie, The 2nd generation it takes 3-4 hours. If you don’t reach the requirements for a digivolution by the end of the time periods you risk death or a mistake evolution.

You can look at the symbols on the clock to understand what time it is. To example: When the yellow dot is directly under the first cloud it is 10 o’clock, wich is the time to enter an arena tournement. Your Digimon always gets sleepy at the same time and wakes up exactly at the same time every day again.

How to do the glitch

1. Catch Seadramon and select anything but be friends.
2. Digivolve your current Digimon without leaving the map or reloading the game.
3. After digivolving, select the fishing option in the menu.
4. This will summon Seadramon again, without having to fish him.
5. You can now select you want to be friends.

When training a digimon you can choose Normal or Bonus Try. When doing the Bonus try you will be given a roulette to spin which you must try to stop the all the wheels on the symbol. If you succeed at this, you will get a bonus to your stat boost.
