A department can request email for a new or existing account to provide a point of contact, for example, [email protected] Email can also be provided on an as-needed basis for affiliate accounts.

The UAConnect username for students, faculty and staff is your UARK email address ([email protected]). The Parent Center username is your entire email address that your student used to set up your account.

Follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Go to Microsoft’s password reset page.
2. Enter your @uark.edu email address in the User ID field.
3. Use the Captcha to prove you are not a robot and then click Next.
4. Choose “I forgot my password” to proceed with the password reset steps.

Go to uaconnect.uark.edu and click myConnect. On the Sign In page, enter the full email address identified by your student to set up your access and click Next. Enter your Microsoft password and click Sign In.

How do I access UAConnect365 email?

1. Enter your @email.arizona.edu address and click Sign In.
2. At the UA-branded login screen, enter your NetID and password. Visit netid.arizona.edu if you need to get a NetID or to update your password.
3. Use your NetID+ method to authenticate your login.

Faculty and Staff – Type in vpn.arizona.edu/nursing as shown below. In the popup, enter your NetID, Password, and NetID+ method. Type the word push (to use Duo), phone (to have the system call you), sms (to receive a list of passcodes code via text), or enter your next available passcode. Then push ok.
