Type the name of the person and @gmail.com to search for his address. If it’s listed in any public website or message board, you have a chance. Type John Smith, @gmail.com, and press Search to retrieve the results. If the search brings back a massive list of results due to a common name, try narrowing the search.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Hangouts app .
2. Tap Menu Settings.
3. Tap Hidden contacts.
4. To see your hidden contacts again, tap Unhide.

Search for a user’s account page

1. Sign in to your Google Admin console. Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).
2. In the search box, type the user’s name or email address.
3. In the list of matching accounts that appears, click an account to go to its page.

To do this, just go to your Gmail inbox and click compose, just as if you were typing a regular email. The only difference is that you’ll type the new group email name in the “TO” text box. Gmail auto-populates the name of the group email account. Once you do that, you’ll see the emails of everyone in the group.

To create a contact group: Click Gmail at the top-left corner of your Gmail page, then choose Contacts. Select contacts that you want to add to a group, click the Groups button, then create new. Enter the name of the group. Click OK.

How to Create a Group Email in Gmail

2. On the left side of the window, select “Create label”
3. Name the label.
4. Select “Save”
5. Select “Contacts” from the left side of the window.
6. Select the contacts you wish to add to your group.
7. At the top of the widow, select the ‘labels’ flag icon.

1. Create a distribution list by using names in the Address Book. On the File menu, point to New, and then click Distribution List.
2. Create a distribution list by copying names from an e-mail message. In the message that you want to copy the names from, select the names in the To or Cc box.

While distribution lists have the same purpose, Microsoft 365 Groups go a few steps further. The first difference is that Microsoft 365 Groups have a shared mailbox and calendar. This means that emails are not only distributed to all members of the list – they are stored in a separate mailbox.
