How to Adjust Animation on a PowerPoint Slide

1. Select the object.
2. Choose Animations→Add Animation.
3. Select the effect you want.
4. Fine-tune the effect as needed with the other tools on the Animations tab.
5. Choose Animations→Animation Pane.

Automate Slide Animations Click the [Animations] tab > From the “Advanced Animation” group, click “Animation Pane”. Right-click the first animation > Select “Start With Previous”. This will cause your first animation to start as soon as the slide appears on the screen.

Open the Animation Pane

1. Select the object on the slide that you want to animate.
2. On the Animations tab, click Animation Pane.

4. To apply additional animation effects to the same object, select it, click Add Animation and pick another animation effect.

Add animations and effects

1. Select the object or text you want to animate.
2. Select Animations and choose an animation.
3. Select Effect Options and choose an effect.

Transitions: They are the effects that help you make the transition from one slide to the other. To put it simpler – they are the motion between two slides. Animations: They are effects that help you express or explain a subject on your current slide. You don’t need two separate slides to complete an animation.

Press and hold the Ctrl key while you select the parts of the table that you want to animate. On the Animations tab, in the Advanced Animations group, click Add Animation to open the menu of animation options: To make the shapes enter with an effect, point to Entrance, and then click an effect.
